If you would prefer to fax us your documents, you can use our secure fax line, which is 480-900-2069. If you would like to email us your documents instead, we highly recommend password protecting them and providing the password to us separately, either by sending it in a separate email or by calling our customer service team at 888-801-8944 (or 480-565-8000 if you’re calling from outside the U.S.) and telling it to them over the phone.
